GEORGETOWN, Texas — Southwestern women's tennis switched up its lineup and shut out the Texas Lutheran University Bulldogs for a 9-0 victory. 

Allie Ziehm and Maiana Quetzeri continued their strong play to defeat Mary Eby and Kaitlyn Enloe 8-0. The Pirates picked up a pair of 8-1 wins from Chandler Vrba and Sydney Wahl, and Isabel Candelario and Sara Le. 

"Alli and Mariana continued to play well together and did a stellar job tonight," head coach Billy Porter said. "Sara Le played her first match of the year, and it was great to see her back out competing again tonight. Isabel continued to shine at #6 for us and played a great match under tough conditions."

Southwestern swept Texas Lutheran University, sweeping No. 6, 5, 4, 2, 1 singles with straight-set 6-0 victories in each. With the win, Southwestern improves to 3-2.
