GEORGETOWN, TEXAS - The Southwestern University Men's tennis team was back at Henderson Courts to face Pacific University in a mid-week match. The Pirates came out on top versus the Boxers winning the match 5-2. The Pirates now have an overall record of 7-4.

MATCH HIGHLIGHTS

• Oscar Roy (7-5, 6-3), Nolan Alvarez (6-2, 6-4), and Jared Burton (6-4, 6-1) all won their singles matches in two sets

• Freshman Christopher Langford No. 6 singles match was forced into three sets which he ultimately won

MATCH NOTES

• The Pirates crushed the Boxers in doubles matches, winning all three matches 

• Only two singles matches were dropped by the Pirates
