Biography

2014

Allen worked his way into the Pirate starting lineup splitting time at designated hitter and catcher. He hit .278 on the season while starting in 21 games. He finished with 10 RBIs, two doubles. He belted his first collegiate home run in the regular season finale at Hardin-Simmons where he also earned SCAC Player of the Week honors.

2013

Allen appeared in 11 games for the Pirates in 2013. He posted a .190 batting average and a .346 on base percentage.

High School

Chase earned three letters in baseball and was a Second Team All-District Third Baseman his senior year in high school. He was also a member of the National Honor Society.
