ABILENE, TEXAS - Southwestern Women's Track & Field compiled one school record, nine top ten finishes, and one event winner at the War Hawk Classic on the campus of McMurry University on Friday and Saturday.

Senior Breanna Steele, junior Ella Lewis, and freshman Addison Jackson were the highlights, showing they are set for the SAA Outdoor Championships in two weeks. Jackson broke through with a massive performance in the High Jump event. The freshman took down the school record from 2022 with a distance of 1.48 meters. Jackson continues to be a pivotal asset in both sprinting and running events for the Pirates.
