GEORGETOWN, TEXAS - Southwestern University Baseball junior Owen Stevenson played a monumental factor in the Pirates series win over Muhlenberg College, garnering the programs first SAA Athlete of the Week honor. 

Stevenson was incredible in the five-game stretch against North Central College, Kean University, and Muhlenberg. The junior mashed three homeruns in the final two games of the week with seven extra-base hits in five games. He finished the week hitting .563 with nine hits, eight RBI's and five walks. 

His extra base hits came at clutch times as he clinched the series win on Friday with a game-winning double. Stevenson followed up his performance with a two homerun game on Saturday! Just us back at Rockwell on Tuesday as the Pirates battle The College of Wooster at 3 p.m. before starting SAA play this weekend at home.
