Raghav Sharma concludes his Pirate career with one of the highest honors in collegiate sports, being named United Soccer Coaches' Association Third Team All-American.
Sharma joins 2021 goalkeeper Jack Viles, as two Pirates to accomplish this prestigious goal. 49 players across the country were selected and ranked in four teams as Sharma was named to the third team
The native of Austin finished with 23 career goals, playing as defender in all four years, starting 68 career games. Sharma scored multiple clutch goals this season with three game-winning goals, totaling eight on the season and three assists. Sharma was also named SAA Defender of the Year and First Team All-Region. His senior class contributed 44 wins, along with resetting the season shutout record (11), and the team single-season wins record (15).
