GEORGETOWN, TEXAS - Southwestern University Men's and Women's Tennis squads are set to embark on the 2026 campaign starting in early February. Majority of the games feature men and women's back-to-back. However, the men's schedule features ten home, seven away, and five neutral matches. The women host ten home matches, seven away, and three neutral matches.
Head Coach
Maggie Dabadie enters her second season at the helm after leading the Pirates strong conference season in 2025 as the men reached the SCAC finals, while the women placed third.
The Pirates host eight non-conference matches at home to start the season with both teams opening against East Texas Baptist University (Feb 7). Before starting conference play, both squads head to Orlando, Florida, competing in multiple neutral site games at the UTSA National Campus.
Southwestern debuts in the SAA with a weekend trip to Sewanee (Mar 28) and Centre College (Mar 29). Next, the Pirates host Berry College (Apr 4) and Oglethorpe University (Apr 5). Then, both squads travel to Millsaps College (Apr 11) and Rhodes College (Apr 12). Finally, SAA regular season play concludes at Trinity University (Apr 19).
The season culminates at the SAA Championships (Apr 24-26) in Memphis, Tennessee.
