GEORGETOWN, TEXAS - LeTourneau Yellow Jackets Softball (5-6) came to Taylor-Sanders Field for a doubleheader versus the Pirates (3-14). The Pirates were within one run in game one in the 5th inning, but the Yellow Jackets scored 11 runs to close out the game, winning 14-3. Game two was scoreless through four innings, and the Pirates tied it up with two runs of their own in the bottom of the 5th. With some savvy base running, the Yellow Jackets extended their lead to win game two, 5-2.
