GEORGETOWN, TEXAS - Southwestern softball saw six student-athletes earn postseason recognition from the Southern Athletic Association following a competitive 2026 campaign, with multiple Pirates collecting more than one honor after standout performances across the diamond.

Leading the way for the Pirates was junior Allie Fields, who earned SAA First Team All-Conference honors while also being named to the SAA All-Sportsmanship Team. In her first season wearing the black and gold, the Hutto, Texas native immediately made her presence felt as one of the league's most dynamic players. Fields finished the year batting .342 with 38 hits, 34 runs scored, and 21 stolen bases while posting a .463 on-base percentage across 42 starts. Defensively, she recorded a stellar .987 fielding percentage with 76 putouts and 67 assists. Fields also etched her name into the Southwestern softball record book after setting the program's single-season stolen base record with 21 swipes. With her production this season, the transfer junior also surpassed 150 career hits collegiately.

Junior Daniella Clark was another key contributor recognized with SAA First Team All-Conference honors after delivering one of the most consistent offensive seasons on the roster. The San Antonio, Texas product led the Pirates with a .384 batting average while collecting 43 hits, 23 RBI, and 19 runs scored in 36 games played. Clark also added 11 walks and three stolen bases offensively while shining defensively with a .974 fielding percentage, totaling 83 putouts, 68 assists, and eight double plays during the season.

Sophomore Emery Bell rounded out Southwestern's First Team All-Conference selections after an impressive sophomore campaign. The Leander, Texas native hit .295 with 26 hits, including five doubles and three triples, while driving in 10 runs and scoring 17 times. Bell also swiped seven bases and posted a .420 slugging percentage across 35 appearances.

Senior Calle Collier earned SAA Second Team All-Conference recognition after putting together one of the strongest offensive seasons of her career. The Columbus, Texas native led Southwestern with 47 hits while batting .382 with 13 doubles, 26 RBI, and 28 runs scored. Collier finished the season with a .504 slugging percentage and a .438 on-base percentage while starting all 40 games for the Pirates.

Junior Sophia Ytuarte collected SAA Honorable Mention honors after contributing both at the plate and in the circle throughout the season. Offensively, Ytuarte hit .279 with 24 hits, nine doubles, two home runs, and 21 RBI while posting a .453 slugging percentage. In the circle, she logged 129.2 innings across 22 appearances, compiling 10 wins and 14 complete games while striking out 43 batters. Her efforts helped anchor the Pirates pitching staff throughout conference play.

Freshman Aryana Dunkelberger capped off an impressive debut season by earning SAA Honorable Mention honors in addition to being named the SAA Gold Glove Award recipient — becoming the first player in Southwestern softball history to ever earn the conference's Gold Glove distinction. Dunkelberger hit .344 with 33 hits, 20 RBI, and 21 runs scored while adding 12 stolen bases and a .432 on-base percentage. Defensively, she was flawless, posting a perfect 1.000 fielding percentage with 69 putouts and six assists without committing an error all season.

The six all-conference selections highlight another strong season for the Pirates, showcasing Southwestern's depth, leadership, and impact across all areas of the game during the 2026 campaign.
