Ellis is a three-year letterwinner on the Panther tennis team, serving as team captain 2010-12 and was first place in City Championships in 2010-11 and 2011-12.

Elizabeth is the daughter of Randy and Tami Ellis. She is majoring in engineering at Southwestern.
