Abigail is a 2012 graduate of Danbury HS. During her career there, she was a four-time MVP, three-time District Champion, and served as the team captain on her tennis team.

Abigail is the daughter of Manuel Garcia and Connie Peltier, and she has one sister Cara. While at Southwestern she is majoring in English with a minor in Art History.
