Biography

2014

Vacek ended the year third in the 1500 with a time of 6:15.70 at the Cactus Cup and posted the fastest time of the season in the 10,000 with a time of 50:44.46 at the SCAC Championships. Vacek was also a member of the SCAC Academic Honor Roll.

High School

Valerie is a 2013 graduate from Tom C. Clark HS where she competed in cross country and track. While there she took first place regionally, state-wide, and nationally in Latin Literature competitions. She also took first in the regional academic decathlon and qualified for nationals.

Personal

Valerie is the daughter of Kenneth and Leticia Vacek and has one brother, Kenneth Vacek Jr.
