2014-15
Owens led the Pirates in scoring in her final season, averaging 16.9 points per game while shooting 43.2% from the field. She also shot 25.5% from three point range and an impressive 80% from the free throw line. Owens was second on the team in rebounding, averaging 6.5 per game. She scored in double-figures in all but two games with six double-doubles. Owens had a season-high 36 points against Howard Payne on November 29th and was the SCAC Player of the Week the third week of the season. Owens was a First Team All-SCAC selection and SCAC Tournament MVP.
2013-14 Owens continued her outstanding play with a strong junior campaign, posting double-digits in scoring in all but seven games. She was the second leading scorer, averaging 14.1 points, and was third in rebounding at 4.7 per game. Owens shot 44 percent from the floor and 29 percent from three point range while shooting 75% from the free throw line while added in 16 blocks and 29 steals on the year. Owens had one double-double on the season, recording 18 points and 10 rebounds against Texas Wesleyan on December 16th. She had a season high 28 points against Texas Lutheran University on January 11th. Owens was the SCAC Player of the Week during week seven of the season and was a Third Team All-SCAC selection.

Owens played in all 27 games this season, starting 25 times, and averaged 24.4 minutes. She led the Pirates in scoring at 16.9 points per game and shot 46.6% from the floor and 43% from three point range. Owens was also second on the team in rebounds, pulling down an average 6.8 per game and was third in steals (35) and blocks (12). She set a new SU record with 34 points against Centenary College on December 1st and pulled down 11 boards against Texas Lutheran on November 17th. Owens also tied an SU record for most free throws made in a game with 14 against Texas Lutheran. She earned SCAC Player-of-the-Week honors the third week of the season and was a First Team All-SCAC pick.
2011-12 (First-year)
Owens was an impact performer for the Pirates in her first season, averaging 25.6 minutes per contest. She led Southwestern in field goal percentage, shooting 43.5% going 147-335. Owens was second on the team in points (15.1) and rebounds (6.8) per game. Her 74.6% free throw shooting was third for the Pirates. Jordan had six double-doubles on the year. Owens was also the second Pirate to ever be named the SCAC Newcomer-of-the-Year, she also was named All-SCAC Honorable Mention.
High School
Jordan earned three varsity letters in basketball and four varsity letters in soccer while competing for the Rams. She was a two time All-District selection in both soccer and basketball.
Personal
Jordan is the daughter of Mary and Trent and has one sister, Lauren. Jordan is a kinesiology major with a minor in business at SU.
