2014
Faulkner started 12 of the 21 contests he appeared in this season, scoring one goal and assisting on two others from the midfield. He took 38 shots with 15 being on frame for a .395 shots on goal percentage. Faulkner’s only goal of the season came against the University of Dallas and was the game winner. He was an Honorable Mention All-SCAC selection and earned a spot on the SCAC All-Sportsmanship Team.
2013
Faulkner played in all 22 games this season for the Pirates and recorded four goals and four assists on the year. He had a season high four points in SU’s 3-1 win over Centenary College on October 20th, scoring one goal and assisting on two others. Faulkner also had two game winning goals this season, tied for second most on the team. Faulkner was a Second Team All-SCAC selection and earned a spot on the SCAC Academic Honor Roll.
2012
Faulkner started in all 23 games for the Pirates in 2012. He was fourth on the team with 12 points, scoring two goals and leading the Pirates with eight assists. He recorded his first multi-assist game Sept. 23 in a 2-1 win over UT-Dallas. He earned a spot on the All-SCAC Second-Team at midfield.
2010
Faulkner appeared in eight contests in his first season as a Pirate, scoring one goal for two points. He took five shots on the season, four on goal, for a .400 shots on goal percentage.
High School
Zach, a letterman in both soccer and cross country at Rowlett High School, was a three time All-District selection as well as being named Newcomer of the Year.
Personal
Zach is the son of Billy and Julie and has three siblings, Tanner, Chelsea, and Jessica. Zach is a history major at SU.
