Coburn played in 23 games in her first season with the Pirates, averaging 5.6 minutes per game. She shot 44.7 percent from the floor and 40% from three point range while averaging 2.1 points per game and 1.5 rebounds. Coburn scored a season-high seven points against Centenary College on December 1^st and grabbed seven rebounds against Centenary on January 11^th, another season high. She was named to the SCAC Academic Honor Roll.

High School

A three sport athlete for the Cherokees, Korey earned three letters in volleyball and basketball and four in golf at Tuloso-Midway High School. Korey earned numerous honors including district runner-up her freshman year, First Team All-District three times, All-South Texas twice, two-time All-Academic, 31-4A District Champion and District MVP. 

Personal

Korey is the daughter of Chad and Janet and has two sisters, Kelsey and Keeley who are also on the Southwestern golf team. She is majoring in pre-engineering with a minor in business at Southwestern.
