Curley appeared in 12 games for the Pirates, averaging 2.7 minutes and just under one point and one rebound per game. She was a member of the SCAC Academic Honor Roll.

2011-12 (First-year)

Curley appeared in 13 games in her first season with Southwestern. She averaged 3.3 minutes per game, 0.4 points, and 0.9 rebounds. Curley's best contest came in SU's win versus Austin College on December 16, she played 11 minutes, scored 2 points, grabbed 3 boards, had one assist, and had one steal. She was a member of the SCAC Student-Athlete Academic Honor Roll.

High School

Kara earned four varsity letters in basketball while competing for the Falcons.  She was selected to the All-State team and All-East Valley team her senior year as well as the First Team All-Desert Sky region.  Kara was the captain of the basketball team her senior year.

Personal

Kara is the daughter of Kathy and John and has one brother, Kevin.  Kara is a biology major with a kinesiology minor.
