2014
Galloway had a huge senior season, leading the Pirates at the plate with a .382 batting average. In 131 plate appearances she posted 50 hits with a team high 14 doubles and three triples. Galloway also had two homeruns and drove in a team high 26 RBIs with a .580 slugging percentage. She had her biggest game of the season against Austin College on April 12th, recording four hits and four RBIs and had two doubles against the University of Dallas on April 5th. Galloway was a First Team All-SCAC selection and was the SCAC Hitter of the Week for Week 10. Galloway ends her career as the SU record holder in career hits (199), caerer at-bats (542), career doubles (48), career triples (7), career total bases (300), games played in a career (173) and career batting average (.367).

Galloway started all 47 games this season. She was second on the team with a .399 batting average, recording 51 hits in 153 at bats. Her 16 doubles was second most on the team and three triples led SU. She also had three homeruns and drove in 42 runs, second most on the team. Galloway had her biggest game on March 12th against Alfred College, going 3-3 with four RBIs and two runs scored. She was a Third Team All-Region pick, First Team All-SCAC selection and was the SCAC Player-of-the-Week twice, earning the honor in week seven and eight.
2012 (Sophomore)
Galloway was the only Pirate to appear in all 44 games this season. She led the team in batting average (.361), was second in home runs (5), and was fourth in runs batted in (21). Galloway was named All-SCAC Honorable Mention.
2011 (First-year)
Galloway started all 43 contests she appeared in this season and was third on the team with a .323 batting average. In 124 plate appearances she recorded 40 hits, tied for the most doubles (8), led in triples (2) and had three homeruns. Galloway scored 25 times and drove in 18 runs on the year. She was selected to the SCAC All-Tournament Team after a sensational weekend of play at the SCAC Conference Tournament.
High School
Tessa was a three time All District selection as well as three time Academic All District selection. She was captain of the softball team her senior year and was a pre-season All Greater Houston Area outfield selection her senior year.
Personal
Tessa is the daughter of Mike and Faye and has one sister, Jill. Tessa is an animal behavior major at SU.
