Biography

2014-15

Johnson started 20 of the 26 games he played in in his final season with the Pirates. He averaged 21.8 minutes and 5.2 points per game. Johnson was second on the team in assists per game at 2.3 and steals at just under one a game. He had a season-high 14 points twice this season, first against Schreiner University on February 7th and again against Texas Lutheran on February 20th.
2013-14

Johnson averaged 4.3 points and 1.2 rebounds in 16 minutes per game for the Pirates with 40 assists. He shot 42 percent from the floor and three point range, posting a season-high 15 points against Baldwin Wallace on December 29th.  

2012-13

Johnson played in 23 games for the Pirates this season while averaging 13.5 minutes per game. He shot 40.6% from the field and 36.2% from three point range. Johnson averaged .6 rebounds per game and recorded 18 assists and six steals. He scored a season high 11 points against the University of Dallas on February 15th. 

2011-12 (First-year)

Johnson played in 20 games for the Pirates, averaging 11.9 minutes and 3.3 points. He was fifth on the team shooting 72.7% (16-22) from the free throw line. Johnson had 19 assists, 8 steals, and 13 rebounds. 

High School Information

While playing for the Kingwood Panthers Johnson earned the athletic and academic honors of Newcomer of the Year 09/ 1st Team All-District 10-11/ All Academic team 08-11/ All Region 11.

Adrian is the son of Stephanie and Arthur Johnson and siblings to Brooke and Avery Johnson.  Johnson is a business major at Southwestern.
