Bryant started 35 of the 38 games she appeared in this season. She posted a .313 batting average with 31 hits in 99 at bats with 11 doubles and 2 homeruns. Bryant scored 21 times and walked nine times with just nine strikeouts. She had her best game of the season on April 28^th against Trinity, going 3-4 with two RBI’s and one run scored and posted a season-high four RBIs against Austin College on April 14^th.  Bryant earned a spot on the Second Team All-SCAC at first base. 

2012

Bryant appeared in 13 games for the Pirates. In 24 at-bats, she recorded six hits, two doubles, and one homerun for SU. She batted in a total of 3 runs.

2011

Bryant started all 22 games she appeared in at third base in her first season as a Pirate. She recorded 10 hits in 58 at bats for a .172 batting average, scoring eight times and driving in six. She was tied for fourth in doubles with five.

Prior to Southwestern

Jessica is a transfer from San Jacinto College where she played one year of softball. 

High School

During her high school career she earned four varsity letters between volleyball and basketball. 

Personal

She is the daughter of Larry and Patricia and has two siblings, Kelly and Bucky.  Jessica is a acounting major and political science minor at SU.
