Played in all 25 games in her first year with thePirates...averaged 7.4 minutes and 2.1 points per game...was 16-55from the field for 29.1 percent and 12-43 from beyond the arc for27.9 percent...was also 9-13 from the free throw line for 69.2percent...pulled down 25 rebounds on the season, averaging one pergame...recorded seven assists, two blocks and four steals.

Eckols was an Academic All-District pick (2006-2008), a SecondTeam All-District pick (2007), a First Team All-District selection(2008), won the Dana Prince Outstanding Female HS Athlete and theMost Athletic Award in her senior year, also was the AthleticBooster's Most Athletic Female in 2008 for the Goats at GroesbeckHS.
