Biography

2015

Hamm played in eight games this season, recording 11 goals with one assist for 12 points on the year. He took 49 shots with 30 being on frame for a .612 shots on goal percentage and added in 17 ground balls with nine caused turnovers. 

High School

Jake is a 2013 graduate of Rockwall HS. During his junior and senior year, Jake was a member of the National Honor Society and served his lacrosse team as Team Captain. He was also named Honorable Mention All-American for his performance on the lacrosse field in 2013.

Personal

Jake is the son of Don and Kelly Ham with two brothers, Josh and Jason. While at Southwestern, he is pursuing a major in business with a minor in political science.
