Phillips saw action in 14 games this season and scored one goal on four shots. He also recorded 26 groundballs and caused six turnovers and went 67-144 in faceoffs for a .465 faceoff percentage. 

2012 (Sophomore)

In 15 games played, Phillips recorded 1 assist and 26 groundballs. He also won 43-105 faceoffs. Hew as a member of the Dean's List and was voted team MVP. 

2011 (First-year)

Phillips recorded one assist for one point while picking up 14 groundballs in his first season with the Pirates.

High School

Jake earned varsity letters in baseball, football, and track for the Hawks during his high school career.  Jake was named academic All State in football as well as being named to both the All County and All District teams on both the offensive and defensive side of the ball. 

Personal

Jake is the son of Mary and Richard and has five siblings, Josh, Ashley, Diane, Kristin, and Mike.  Jake is majoring in political science at SU.
