GEORGETOWN, TEXAS -  Southwestern University Volleyball earned an incredible sixth straight American Volleyball Coaches Association Team Academic Award for the 2025-26 season, winning the award a total of 16 seasons now. The Pirates earned the award by maintaining a year-long grade-point average of at least 3.3 on a 4.0 scale. The squad finished the year with a 3.41 GPA and six students with 4.0 term.

The alumni game will take place on Saturday, August 29th. Then, Southwestern kicks off the regular season in Claremont, California where they will compete against California Lutheran University, Pomona-Pitzer, and University of La Verne. Southwestern kicks off the SU Invitational on September 11th.
