GEORGETOWN, TEXAS - Southwestern University Men's Lacrosse sophomore Keaten Cox garnered his second SAA Offensive Player of the Week this season following an incredible performance in the Pirates 17-5 victory over Hendrix on Saturday. 

Cox previously won in the first weekend of the season when he scored the game-winner to beat University of Dubuque. The sophomore was pivotal in dismantling Hendrix on Saturday with a career-high four goals and four assists. Eight points is the most by any Pirate this season as he accomplished the mark after playing only two quarters. 

The sophomore now sits at 24 goals and 22 assists, leading the team in points and assists. Cox sits at third in the league in assists per game in a breakout season. The Pirates have two SAA regular season games against Oglethorpe University and Berry College. If the Pirates win both games, they will advance to the conference tournament in Georgia.
