GEORGETOWN, TEXAS - Southwestern University Baseball had another respectable night, offensively, but failed to keep Concordia University from rounding the bases in the second game of the series, 17-7. The Pirates fall to 1-7 on the season.

Owen Stevenson totaled RBI's, cutting the gap to three runs in the third. The Pirates used the midweek matchup for different pitchers each inning. However, the staff surrendered 14 walks and 12 hits which led to 17-7 defeat.
GAME HIGHLIGHTS
- Stevenson swatted his second homer of the year for a grand slam in the fifth inning.
- The junior first basemen finished with five RBI's on the night.
- Senior Max Pougnet and freshman Cameron Chambers both tossed scoreless innings in relief.
