GEORGETOWN, TEXAS - Southwestern University Women's Lacrosse ran into an undefeated College of Wooster squad who beat the Pirates at home on Sunday, 21-1. The Pirates fall to 1-6 overall.
Wooster starts the season 6-0 after reaching the NCAA Tournament last year. Junior
Sydney Martin scored the Pirates lone goal for her 17th of the year in only seven games. Martin is already only three goals away from surpassing her season high for her career.
After Martin's goal, Wooster scored 18 unanswered goals. Sophomore
Hannah Colvin was active with multiple difficult saves to finish with 12 on the day. Colvin posted 41 saves in three games this week.
