GEORGETOWN, TEXAS - The Southwestern Men's Lacrosse team traveled to Virginia Beach, Virginia to play a non-conference game against Virginia Wesleyan University Marlins. The Marlins struck first going up 2-0 but the Pirates responded scoring seven in the first quarter. At the half, Pirates established a 11-4 lead. Southwestern controlled the rest of the game, tallying eight goals to the Marlins four, leading the Pirates to yet another win. Pirates collect the first road win of the season with a final score of 19-8!
