GEORGETOWN, TEXAS - The Southwestern Men's Basketball team closed out their home season on Saturday February 8th when they took on Trinity University. The Pirates honored three seniors for Senior Day, those being Stephen Smith, Casey Knudson, and Brock Luechtefeld. Final from Georgetown was 57-82 in favor of the Tigers. 

GAME HIGHLIGHTS

• Freshman Aedan Lewis led the Pirates with fourteen points, shooting 50% for the night

• Luke Mills once again crashed the boards collecting a Pirate high eight rebounds

• Pirates Shobby Enakpene and Jared Robins each picked up nine points, Robins also had two blocks

GAME NOTES

• Senior Brock Luechtefeld won the tip-off for his final game dressed out in a Pirate uniform

• The Pirates went 22-60 from the field, 5/25 from three, and were 62% from the free throw line

• Both teams had sixteen turnovers but it was the Tigers that controlled the boards in rebounds with thirty-five compared to Southwestern's twenty-six
