GEORGETOWN, TEXAS - The Southwestern Men's Basketball team traveled down to Kerrville, Texas to take on the Schreiner Mountaineers. As the season is winding down, the Pirates are looking to pull in a couple more wins for a chance to the conference tournament. Southwestern was fighting for the comeback in the second half scoring forty-two but unfortunately it wasn't enough. Pirates fall to Mountaineers 73-78. 

GAME HIGHLIGHTS

• Junior Sebastian Loder led the Pirates with a career high eighteen points, shooting 50% from the field

• Freshman Jared Robins collected his first double-double of the season, with twelve points and twelve rebounds

• Pirates Shobby Enakpene and Luke Mills each had eight points on the night

GAME NOTES

• Freshman Aeden Lewis collected a team high of four steals, as well as collecting twelve points, and seven rebounds of his own

• The Pirates went 26-54 from the field, 9/22 from three, and were 63% from the free throw line
