GEORGETOWN, TEXAS - The Southwestern Women's basketball team took on Texas Lutheran for the second time this week on Saturday night. The Pirates fared better at home against the Bulldogs than on the road, but were still defeated by a 28 point margin, 46-74. 

HIGHLIGHTS

• Adrianna McCoy led the Pirates in scoring for the game, she totaled eight points with five rebounds and two assists. 
• Sophomore guards Tea Rodriguez and Cylee Lopez each secured six points, both going 2-5 from past the three point line. 
• Alexa Romero went five and five for the game, five points and five rebounds, with all of her points coming off free-throws (5/6).

NOTES

• Southwestern was 82% from the free throw line, cashing in on nine of eleven of their opportunities.
• In total, the Pirates were 15/50 from the field (30%) while TLU made 50% of their total shots (25-50). 
• Ten Pirates got in on the scoring action with twenty five of their points coming from the bench.
