GEORGETOWN, TEXAS - Southwestern Men's Basketball was on the road for the second weekend last week, starting off with Austin College on Friday at 8:30 PM in Hughey Gym. The Pirates went down 39-32 at halftime and found themselves down as much as eleven in the second half. With two minutes remaining the Pirates tied up the game at 63-63 and went on a four point run to end the contest 67-63. 

HIGHLIGHTS

• Luke Mills put on a career performance to help the Pirates to victory. Mills racked up twenty two points and led the team in rebounds (6) in 30 minutes played. 
• Luke Hatcher also went for double digits, scoring thirteen points against the 'Roos.
• Gio Gutierrez led the team in assists with five on the night, adding eight points and three rebounds in 34 minutes on the court. 

NOTES

• Shobby Enakpene, collected nine points and two assists for the night, shooting 4/5 from the field.
• Southwestern hit 70% of their free throws (7/10) and were 55% from the field overall on the night. 
• The Pirates scored 60% of their points in the paint (40 points) and only nine points needed coming from the bench.
