GEORGETOWN, TEXAS- Men's basketball (0-10) hosted the Maroons of The University of Chicago (7-2) for a Christmas Break matchup on December 20th, 2023 at 7:00 PM in the Corbin J. Robertson Center. The Maroons pulled away in the second half to defeat the Pirates 45-70. 

HIGHLIGHTS:

• Brock Luechtefeld shot 6/9, finishing with 16 points and 8 rebounds. 

• Gio Gutierrez and Luke Hatcher each had 6 points

• Sebastian Loder collected 8 rebounds. 

NOTES:

• The Pirates struggled from the 3PT Line, shooting 1/14

• The Maroons bench outscored the Pirates 29-13
