IRVING, Texas — Travis Harvey pitched another dominant game, leading the Southwestern University Pirates baseball team to a 10-0 victory over the University of Dallas Crusaders in the first game of a doubleheader. 

The reigning SCAC Pitcher of the Week was almost flawless, pitching all seven innings with eight strikeouts and just one hit and two walks to pick up his second consecutive win. Once again, Southwestern provided plenty of run support, putting together 11 hits and taking advantage of four errors. 

Southwestern's first seven hitters reached successfully in the top of the first. Ted Lobkowicz opened the inning with a leadoff double to left field, and Maxwell Mims followed with an infield single. A pitch hit Lance Kruse to load the bases, and Jacob Tanner hit a two-RBI double to left to score Mims and Lobkowicz. 

A pitch hit Preston Witt to load the bases again, and Daniel Montgomery Jr. and Alexander Cannata drew back-to-back walks to each score a run. After the first out of the inning, Trent Raschke grounded into a fielder's choice with the out at second, scoring Witt and Montgomery, with the latter scoring on a throwing error for the 6-0 lead.

Mims scored on a throwing error that allowed Tanner to reach in the second and then hit an RBI sacrifice fly in the third to put Southwestern up 8-0.  

Lobkowicz scored on a balk in the sixth, and Witt followed with an RBI-single through the right side to score Kruse, giving the Pirates a 10-0 lead. Lobkowicz, Landon Durdin, and Raschke all hit 2-for-4. Lobkowicz scored twice, Durdin scored once, and Raschke had one RBI.
