GEORGETOWN, Texas – Southwestern opened their senior day match with flare as Shannon Lukehart put the Pirates on the board early in the match on their way to an SCAC win over Schreiner Sunday.

Kiara Morales score her first goal of the season to put the Pirates up 2-0, a lead that would remain into halftime.

SU added one goal in the second half and were firmly in control the entirety of the half.

Six seniors played their final home match Sunday as Southwestern celebrated the careers of Sarah Bevins, Mackenzie Millican, Megan McGrath, Hayley Miesse, Audrey Silver, and Shannon Lukehart.

The Pirates (10-6, 8-3) return to the road to close the regular season, facing Texas Lutheran on Friday in Seguin.
