Taylor Beretich enters her third season with the Southwestern women’s lacrosse program after joining the coaching staff in the fall of 2023 and being named head coach in the spring of 2024. In her first season at the helm, Beretich led the Pirates to a 3–7 overall record as a newly joined member of the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC), with all three victories coming on the road and a 2–4 conference mark. Under her leadership, Southwestern produced three All-Conference selections in 2024, highlighted by WIAC Midfielder of the Year Raquel Kurth and second-team honoree Cecilia Cantu in 2025.

Beretich brings a background in player development and coaching education. She served as a Camp Director for Nike US Sports Camps and coached club lacrosse for True Austin in 2023. Additionally, Beretich worked with the USA Lacrosse Regional Academy in Dallas, focusing on training and developing defenders and goalkeepers.

A 2022 graduate of Baldwin Wallace University in Berea, Ohio, Beretich was a defender for the Yellow Jackets women’s lacrosse program. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Baldwin Wallace. A native of Columbus, Ohio, Beretich attended Pickerington North High School in Pickerington, Ohio.
