Southwestern University

Miranda joined the Southwestern Athletic Training Staff in July 2024. She is the primary athletic trainer for football and men’s and women’s tennis. 

Miranda completed her B.S. in Sports Medicine and her M.S. in Athletic Training from Concordia University Wisconsin in Mequon, WI (2021). From there she served as the Assistant Athletic Trainer at Concordia University Texas working primarily with the men’s and women’s soccer teams and the softball program from 2021-2024. Miranda began her time at Southwestern University as the Associate Athletic Trainer and was promoted to Head Athletic Trainer at the completion of her first year (2025).

Miranda has been BOC certified since 2021. She is also Graston and dry needling certified. Miranda resides in Austin, TX.
