Southwestern University

Bailey joined the staff in the summer of 2025, bringing over 10 years of coaching experience. He led Taylor High School to two district championships and two appearances as area finalists. Bailey was named the Coach of the Year in 2023 and 2024 at Taylor High School. He completed stints at Rouse, Manor, and Hutto High School before his time coaching at Taylor.

Bailey is a native of San Antonio, TX, playing college basketball at the University of the Incarnate Word.
