Hames 23' joins the coaching staff as a volunteer assistant ahead of the 2026 season. Hames was a former standout for the Pirates. 

Hames is one of the most decorated players in Southwestern history, holding the program’s career records for points (212) and goals (150), while ranking third all-time in assists (62). She also own the school records for points per game (5.02) and goals per game (3.47), and sit second in assists per game (2.10).
