Sasu accepted a scholarship out of high school to play football at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. After his collegiate career, Sasu played Professionally in Europe in 2017 and eventually returned to his alma mater high school to begin his coaching career as an assistant.

Upon earning a Master's Degree in Sport Psychology in 2020, Ben relocated to Texas to assist St. Michael’s Catholic football and work with military soldiers at Ft. Hood to enhance combat performance through training their minds.

Sasu is the owner of PSASU (Psychology Sport & Skill Universal), a youth development program that works with youth student-athletes on mental & emotional training to enhance performance in their sport, in the classroom, and in life.Â
