Kenneth Eboh was named the Southwestern University Track & Field Head Coach in the Spring of 2020 after spending the previous eight seasons as an assistant coach and interim Head Coach for the 2020 season. Eboh was also named the Interim Head Cross Country Coach in August 2022, but currently holds the title of Head Coach for the Men's and Women's Track & Field squad entering his seventh full season as Head Coach for the 2026-27 school year.

In Eboh's first season as head coach, the Southwestern men's and women's team combined for 13 all-conference finishes, including the individual champion in the women's discus. Additionally, in Eboh's tenure as interim and head coach, the women's team has shattered 36 school records among the 40 records that the Pirates compete in.

In 2025, Eboh helped coach a historic program milestone as Arden Neff was the first All-American in Pirate history and the first women's track athlete to earn SCAC Women's Track Athlete of the Year. The women's team has also garnered back-to-back Southwestern Athlete of the Year honors in Arden Neff and Breanna Steele.

Eboh has also helped the Men's squad reach new heights as 27 of 35 male records have been shattered since 2020. In 2026, the squad completed a monumental achievement as Lukas Nowlin claimed All-American status in both the Indoor and Outdoor seasons. The 2026 squad shattered 11 school records.

Eboh joined the staff in 2012 as the throws coach under five-time Olympian and former Head Track & Field Coach Francie Larrieu Smith.

Before Southwestern University, Eboh served as an Assistant Football and Track & Field Coach at Hanover College. While at Hanover, Coach Eboh was a part of multiple record-setting performances and back-to-back HCAC Championships teams in 2011 (Outdoor) and 2012 (Indoor).

Eboh played at NCAA Division II powerhouse Northwest Missouri State, where the Bearcats won a national championship in 1999 and three MIAA Championships during his tenure.

A 2003 graduate of Northwest Missouri State, Eboh earned a bachelor’s degree in interactive digital media with a concentration in visual imaging. He obtained a master’s degree in coaching and athletic administration from Concordia University-Irvine.
