Biography

2013

Jakszta closed her collegiate career with a bang, leading the Pirates in goals and assists. In 20 games Jakszta scored 11 goals and assisted on seven for 29 points. She took 66 shots with 36 being on goal for a .545 shots on goal percentage while also leading the Pirates in game winning goals with four. Jakszta posted a season-high six points (two goals, two assists) against the University of Dallas on October 13th. Jakszta was flooded with post-season honors including NSCAA Academic All-South Region Team, CoSIDA Academic All-District, First Team All-SCAC, SCAC All-Tournament Team, and SCAC Academic Honor Roll. She was also the SCAC Offensive Player of the Week during week five the season.

2012

Jakszta was the only Pirate to start all 19 games this season. She led SU in goals with five and points with 11 after adding one assist on the year. Jakszta had her best game of the season against Mills, scoring three goals to tie an SU record. She took a team high 51 shots with 15 being on goal for a .294 shots on goal percentage. Jakszta also scored two game winners, tying for the most on the team. She earned a First Team All-SCAC selection for her play this season and was also named to the SCAC All-Tournament Team as a midfielder and earned a spot on the SCAC Academic Honor Roll.

2011 (Sophomore)

Jakszta started 16 of the 17 contests she appeared in for the Pirates. She scored one goal on 16 shots. She was 1-1 on penalty kicks. Jakszta was named to the SCAC Academic Honor Roll, Dean's List and was the SU Defensive MVP. 

2010 (First-year)

Jakszta played in 17 contests in her first season as a Pirate, starting 15 times. She recorded three assists for three points, taking 11 shots, five on goal, for a .455 shots on goal percentage. She was named SU Newcomer-of-the-Year and was on the Dean's List. 

High School

Lindsay was named to the first team All-District during her senior campaign for the Panthers.  Lindsay was also a member of three district championship teams. Lindsay played for the Sting Soccer Club. 

Personal

Lindsay is the daughter of John and Wendy and has one brother, Ryan.  Lindsay is a psychology major at SU.
