Jalufka was a Second Team All-League pick in 2013 and 2014, earning Offensive MVP honors in 2014. A four-time varsity letter recipient, Jalufka was an All-American nominee in 2013 and 2014.

Mary is the daughter of Frank and Lisa Jalufka and has two siblings; Jack and Ruby. She is majoring in psychology at Southwestern.
