2011 (Senior)

Pierce appeared in goal 15 times for the Pirates where he logged 1254 minutes. He was fourth in the conference in saves with 74. He had a save percentage of .692 and allowed 33 goals. Pierce was named to the SCAC Academic Honor Roll. 

2010 (Junior)

Pierce was the go-to guy in goal for the Pirates this season, logging 1338 minutes between the posts in 18 games. He recorded 56 saves with a .767 save percentage and allowed just 17 goals for a 1.14 goals against average. Pierce also recorded a team high three shutouts this season. For his efforts Pierce was SCAC Player-of-the-Week October 11-17 and was named to the All-SCAC Third Team. Pierce was member of the SCAC Fall 2010 Student-Athlete Academic Honor Roll.

2009 (Sophomore)

Started all 18 games this season…Allowed 26 goals for a 1.43 average…Had a total of 73 saves with 4 shutouts…Named to the SCAC Fall 2009 Student-Athlete Academic Honor Roll.

2008 (First-year)
Appeared in goal in two games in his first season with the Pirates...allowed one goal for a 1.74 average...had 22 saves.

High School
Pierce was a stand out goalkeeper for the Eagles...he was selected to the All-State Tournament Team in 2007-2008, was the Defensive Player of the Year at St. Thomas in 2006-2007, was the 2007-2008 St. Thomas MVP, was All-District three times and was an All-State selection from 2006-2007, also captained the team his senior year...was an Academic All-State selection twice (06-07 and 07-08).

Nick is the son of Thomas Pierce...has one brother - Scott...and is a business major at SU.
