Reznikoff joined the Pirates ahead of the 2025-26 season as a key assistant. Reznikoff comes from Sarah Lawrence College in New York where he was an assistant coach and lead on-court player development in the teams most successful year in school history breaking the university record for most wins in a single season.
Reznikoff helped the Pirates advance all the way to the SAA semifinals in the 2025-26 season, falling to the eventual SAA champions Rhodes College Lynx. The Pirates won their first conference tournament game since 2015 against Millsaps College in the quarterfinals. Reznikoff was a pivotal piece in the squad's player development, coaching two All-SAA standouts. Coach Reznikoff was critical in the player development of one of the most feared Duo's in the SAA conference in Shobby Enakpene and Aedan Lewis. Enakpene improved by 10 PPG from the 2024-25 season, while Lewis went from coming off the bench into averaging 17.6 PPG and 6.7 RPG in conference play.
The Pirates benefited heavily from Reznikoff's tutelage as the third most improved team in all of DIII at 11 more wins than the 2024-25 season. The offense improved by 10.9 points per game, 74 more three pointers, and 9.5 more rebounds per game in 2025-26. The Pirate coaching staff also took care of business in crunch time moments, going 7-4 in games decided by five or less points.
Before Reznikoff made his way into coaching, he was a Professional Basketball Player in the Israeli Premier League from 2020-2024. He signed contracts with 3 teams in 4 years including the Hapoel Eilat, Maccabi Kiryat Motzkin and Hapoel Beertuvia. He started 22 games and averaged 13.9 PPG, 9.8 RBG, serving as captain for Hapoel Beertuvia in a 24 win season and runner-up in promotion from Liga Alef in 2023.
Reznikoff also coached the Maccabi USA U18 as an assistant coach (under Coach Matt Streich) from 2024-Present. The squad represented team USA in the Jewish Olympic games which takes place every 4 years and is the 2nd largest Olympic event in the world. Reznikoff also coaches AAU for Middlesex Magic 2017-2020
In his collegiate playing days, Reznikoff excelled as a two-year captain of Concordia University of Chicago Men's Basketball Team from 2018-2020. He averaged 8.9 PPG over career at Concordia Chicago.
He graduated with Bachelors in Sociology from Concordia in 2020 and a Masters in Sports Leadership from Northeastern in 2024.
