2013
Thompson was one of the leaders on the defense for the Pirates in his first season finishing with 55 tackles, third most on the team. He finished with 0.5 sack and added 3.5 tackles for a loss from his linebacker position. He also recovered one fumble on the road in a narrow loss at Bacone. Thompson also finished with one pass breakup.

High School
Thompson helped the Goldthwaite Eagles claim a Texas State Championship in 2009 posting a perfect 15-0 record as he was named all-state and first-team all-district linebacker. Goldthwaite also earned state quarterfinal appearances in each of his final two high school seasons as he was named team captain. He was also a four-year letterwinner on the Eagles golf team and a member of National Honor Society. 

Personal
Qunton is the son of Terry and Jennifer Thompson, and Talonda Hunt. He will major in CIS at Southwestern.
