Biography

2013
 Lucero saw action in six games on the defensive line during the 2013 season. He finished the year with 13 tackles and 1.0 tackle for a loss and 1.0 sack. He also added one forced fumble against East Texas Baptist.

High School
 Lucero was a two-time all-district selection at Rio Grande City High both his junior and senior campaigns. He also helped the Rattlers reach the UIL Texas state playoffs in 2011 posting a 6-5 record with the Rattlers.

Personal
 Jesus is the son of Jesus and veronica Lucero. He plans to major in biology and chemistry at Southwestern.
