Biography

2012-13 (Junior)
Cruickshank saw the Pirates second best time and a personal best in the 50 back with a time of 25.94 at the SCAC Championships. He also earned the team’s third best time in the 100 back at the conference championships earning with a personal best time of 56.41. In the 200 back he also set a personal best with a time of 2:05.43 at the SCAC Championships.  

2011-12 (Sophomore)

Cruickshank was a part of two Southwestern record-breaking relay teams, 400 Freestyle relay and 200 Medley relay. He was a Pirate leader in both the freestyle and backstroke this season. He swam a 1:50.46 in the 200 Free at the SCAC Championships, this was the fastest 200 time for the Pirates all season. Ivan also swam a team best 26.85 in the 50 Back at the SCAC Championships. 

 

2010-11 (First-year)

Cruickshank was a part of the 400 free relay team that finished in seventh place at the SCAC Championships by shaving off seven seconds to end in a time of 3:18.52. He also came in 16th in the 100 free with a time of 50.27.

Personal

Ivan is a 2010 graduate of McNeil High School.  He is the son of Cathy and is majoring in biology at SU.
