GEORGETOWN, TEXAS - Southwestern University Volleyball team stands unbeaten in the SAA Standings following their 3-0 weekend in Atlanta, Georgia.The Pirates played four sets against Millsaps College today to end the weekend, they fell in the first set 25-27, but came back and dominated the next three sets with final scores of 25-15, 25-19, and 25-18. Southwestern has won the last six matches, moving their overall record to 10-2 thus far.
"Making some key adjustments while in the middle of a match is key to our ability to defend and play clean volleyball each set. We keyed in on some of Millsaps attacking tendencies, and this turned the match tide a bit" stated head coach Don Flora.Â
