GEORGETOWN, TEXAS - Southwestern University Men's and Women's Cross Country are only a few weeks from returning to campus ahead of the 2025 fall season. The 2025 fall regular season schedule features two home meets and two away. Southwestern earned the unique opportunity to host the SAA Championship meet in their first season as a full member.

The Pirates start with co-hosting the Stormy Seas Opener (Aug. 30) alongside Concordia University in Georgetown. Next, both squads travel to Kerrville to compete in the Mountaineer Hill Country Invite (Sep. 20), hosted by Schreiner University.

In October, Southwestern takes on the Chile Pepper XC Festival (Oct. 4), which is one of the most premier running events. The event is held at University of Arkansas' cross country course. The conclusion of the the regular season returns back to town for the SU Showdown.

All SAA squads meet in Georgetown for the first time in the conference meet (Nov. 1). The meet helps determine qualifiers for the advancing meets such as the NCAA West Regionals (Nov. 15) in Claremont, California. Then, qualification takes place for the NCAA DIII Championships (Nov. 22) in Spartanburg, South Carolina.
