GEORGETOWN, TEXAS - The Southwestern Men's Basketball team played the last game of the season in Abilene, Texas where they faced McMurry University. The Pirates led by two going into halftime, Warhawks came out hot in the second half putting up a fight to the end. Final from Abilene was 71-72 in favor of the Warhawks. The Pirates ended the 2024-2025 season with an overall record of 2-23 and a conference record of 2-14.

GAME HIGHLIGHTS

• Junior Sebastian Loder led the Pirates with fifteen points, going 4/6 from the three point line

• Luke Mills led the Pirates with ten rebounds while picking up two steals and four points on the night

• Freshman Jared Robins put up fourteen points while grabbing five defensive rebounds for the Pirates

GAME NOTES

• Luke Hatcher collected thirteen points, six rebounds and two steals 

• A technical foul was called on Keshaun Bell. Bell was the only Pirates to pick up a block for the stat line

• The Pirates were 26-60 from the field, 40% from three, and went 11/19 from the free throw line
